Paignton Carnival 2023

On Wednesday 26th July, Paignton’s carnival procession was held as part of the South Devon Carnival Circuit and Paignton Festival.

After 3 years, carnival was back in Paignton, although the weather was wet, crowds still came put to support the procession.
