Wellington Carnival 2019

On Saturday 28th September 2019, Wellington held the first Somerset Federation carnival!

With the cancellation of Budleigh Salterton, I was able to come and film as well as take pictures!
(Many of Harlequin CC as the cart stopped in front of me for 15 minutes!)
